With framing now finished on several properties, roofing, windows, and sliding doors have been installed, and exterior cladding is progressing steadily. Internally, pre-wiring, insulation, and plumbing are in motion, and interior linings are being fitted. Plastering and painting will follow shortly as the first lot of homes move toward completion.
