Progress is well underway across the development. Foundations have been completed, and framing is rising on multiple homes, bringing the layout of the community to life. With framing now finished on several properties, roofing, windows, and sliding doors have been installed, and exterior cladding is progressing steadily. Internally, pre-wiring, insulation, and plumbing are in motion, and interior linings are being fitted. Plastering and painting will follow shortly as the first lot of homes move toward completion.
