Heretaunga Lane Launch Open Day🎉

Our Heretaunga Lane Launch took place on 22 February, and the turnout genuinely exceeded our expectations. We had to postpone from the original date due to bad weather, so it felt great to finally open the gates and welcome everyone in.

Heretaunga Lane is a brand new 14 home development that has just reached a big milestone. All the homes are now fully completed and move in ready, which made the timing of our launch feel even more exciting. The mix of standalone homes and duplex options gives the development a really balanced feel, and it was great to finally open the doors and show people through in person.

We had 30 groups through, and there was a steady energy right from the start. People arrived curious, coffee in hand thanks to Muddy Grims, and started making their way through the homes. The coffee cart added such a warm touch and helped set an easy pace for the day☕

One of the biggest surprises for visitors was how spacious the homes felt. The natural light, generous layouts, and variety of floor plans stood out to a lot of people. The mix of three to five bedroom family homes alongside the duplex options gave everyone something different to connect with. It was great watching people move from one home to another and see how much choice sits within this development.

The day felt like a real win. It is always rewarding to see people respond so positively after months of planning and building. Heretaunga Lane has been thoughtfully designed from the start, and the reactions on launch day reflected that.
